However, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day cancellation and refund policy for our customers. If you wish to cancel your subscription or service, you must submit a cancellation request within 7 days from the date of purchase. Upon receiving your valid request, we will process the refund to your original mode of payment after deducting applicable charges, including 18% GST as per government regulations. Refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation has been approved. Please note that any requests made after the 7-day period will not be eligible for a refund. Certain services may be non-refundable once delivered or consumed, such as customized marketing campaigns, consultation sessions, or services already rendered.
